As a Franchise Partner, you can set up your own office and staff with an investment of 2 lacks or more.
You must have a favourable reputation and track record in financial services or any other business.
You should possess at least 2 years’ experience in selling financial products as a Main Broker, Sub-broker, Remiser, Mutual Fund Distributor, Insurance Advisor, Financial Planner, or as an Employee of an existing Broker / Sub-broker.
As an Authorised Person (AP), you should possess up-to-date knowledge of the by-laws of the stock exchanges, commodity exchanges, SEBI, FMC, and derivative segments.
You will need to be a registered AP with SEBI / Exchanges through Edelweiss
You must hold a valid NISM certificate in Capital markets and Equity and Currency Derivatives Segment
GST registration is a must
An office of 250 sq. ft. or more, conveniently accessible to investors (ideally, on the first or ground floor)
The premises must be exclusively used for marketing the product and services offered by Bahubali
It must meet the minimum facilities requirements (air conditioning, drinking water, beverages, etc.)
Your office must have staff managing at least 10 clients
